Payments & Billing Policy
Effective date: March 1, 2026
Introduction
This Payments & Billing Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through the BaseQR.ai platform, including payments processed via third-party providers such as Stripe. BaseQR.ai is a product and subsidiary of BaseMonkeys LLC. By purchasing any Services, you agree to this Policy, the Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.
1. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. • Payment information is handled directly by the payment provider • BaseQR.ai does not store full payment credentials • Transactions are subject to the payment provider's terms
2. Billing and Charges
• All fees are billed in advance • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) • Charges are automatically applied to the payment method on file Client is responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payment information.
3. Subscription Renewal
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle • Renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file • Pricing may change at renewal with notice
4. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including: • Partial billing periods • Unused Services • Downtime, interruptions, or performance issues No credits or refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. Cancellations
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle • Services remain active until the end of the paid period No prorated refunds will be provided.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails: • Charges may be retried • Access to Services may be suspended or limited • Continued failure may result in termination Client remains responsible for all outstanding balances.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Company. Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in: • Immediate suspension or termination of Services • Restriction from future use • Recovery actions for unpaid balances and associated fees
8. Taxes
Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges associated with the Services.
9. Pricing Changes
Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will apply at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
10. Order Acceptance
Completion of payment through the platform or via Stripe constitutes acceptance of: • This Policy • The Master Services Agreement • Terms of Use • Privacy Policy • Data Processing Addendum (if applicable)
11. Collections
Company reserves the right to pursue collection efforts, including third-party collections or legal action, for unpaid balances, fees, or disputed charges.
